Litchfield Distillery is located in the luscious little section of Connecticut called Litchfield County where they call themselves the "Batchers" in honor of the early farmers of Northwest Connecticut, a region that became known for its ample yield of wheat, corn, and barley. Today, they take the best their local farmers have to offer and distill fine craft spirits, one batch at a time. They do the growing. Litchfield Distillery does the batching. 1.5 oz. Litchfield Distillery Agave Spirits

0.5 oz. Ancho-Infused Aperol*

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

0.25 oz. Agave Nectar

1 Dash Peychaud's Bitters

Lime for garnish


Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.

*Ancho-Infused Aperol: Add 3 or 4 ancho peppers sliced down the center to a 750 ml bottle of Aperol. Let peppers infuse for 2-3 days until desired flavor is achieved, then strain out the solids.
